The rooms are so cozy and comfortable! I mean, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and having a fridge and flat-screen TV right there was super convenient. I felt right at home.

The view from the room could've been better. But hey, who needs a view when you're out exploring London all day, right?

It's a stone's throw away from the world's oldest zoo, making it incredibly convenient for a day out with the kids. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was impeccably clean, providing a comfortable stay for the whole family.

My wife says that the rooms could benefit from a bit more space for families with children, allowing for a more comfortable and relaxed atmosphere during the stay.

I was delighted with the charming Victorian-style decor of the hotel. The lobby and common areas were tastefully appointed, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location right across from the underground/train station made it easy for seniors like me to access transportation for exploring London and beyond.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the children working there to help with luggage and offer guidance on nearby attractions for seniors.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to transportation and plenty of nearby restaurants. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One of the best aspects was the breakfast provided, tasty and had a good variety of options.

The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired, with dirty hallways and some garbage left scattered around. The overall appearance of the hotel was a bit worn out and in need of refurbishment.

In the heart of the city, this hotel offers a great dining experience at the Italian restaurant. I must say, the food was comparable to a delightful symphony, with each dish conducting its own flavors in perfect harmony. It was a gastronomic performance to remember, leaving me thoroughly satisfied.

One thing to note is that the shower pressure could be improved to make for a better experience.
